The original Bramble was created by Dick Bradsell in Fredís Club, Soho, London. It has always been synonymous with traditional and fresh British produce. Itís no surprise we are able to substitute the red fruits for rhubarb in the form of our home-made syrup. A perfect blend of sweet and tart while staying true to the British roots.!

A beautiful twist on the classic Cosmo recipe John Caine took to San Francisco in the 1980s. Similar recipes have existed across the States dating back as early as the 1930s. However, we find ourselves in 2017 and decided another update was due. We gave this drink a bombarding of British flavour by using Rhubarb Vodka and adding our homemade strawberry brew.
